Chicken Cake

Ingredients:

For Chicken Filling:

chicken breast- 1/2 nos(cut into small pieces)

onion-1

ginger & garlic paste- 1 tsp

red chilly powder-1/2sp

turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp

garam masala powder - 1/4 tsp

green chilly paste- 1/2 tsp

coriander leaves chopped - 2 tsp

chopped capsicum - 1/4 cup

chopped carrot - 1/4 cup

chopped beans - 1/4 cup

chopped cabbage -1/4 cup

chopped spring onion - 1/4 cup

oil - 2tsp

salt to taste

Procedure:

Marinate the chicken pieces with chilli powder, turmeric powder,garam masala & salt.Heat a pan & add the marinated chicken pieces to it.then cover it with lid.cook in a low flame about 15 mins.turn the sides.when the chicken pieces completely cooked sprinkle some oil & cook another 5 mins & turn off the flame. allow it to cool & mash the chicken pieces.add oil in a pan.once the oil is hot add the chopped onion.when it brownish add ginger, garlic & green chilli paste, saute well up to the raw smell disappeared, add chopped capsicum, carrot, beans, cabbage, spring onions.then add mashed chicken into it.Cook it for five minutes.turn off the flame & add the coriander leaves.

For the cake batter

Ingredients:

All purpose flour                - 1 cup

Milk                             - 1 cup

Pepper powder                    - 1 tsp

Egg                               -2 nos

Oil                               -1 cup

salt to taste

 Procedure:

Beat all the ingredients together.

Heat a pan, Keep the flame very low. pour the half portion of batter to pan, then cover it with lid about 5 mins, then add chicken filling & add the remaining batter. make sure it completely covers the chicken filling.

Keep it around 20mins or get cooked. turn off the flame and transfer to a bowl. Once it gets cooled, cut into desired shapes and serve.

Note: You can bake it using a baking tray about 160 degree about 20 mins.
