Bread pan Cake


For Chicken Filling:
chicken breast- 1 nos
ginger & garlic paste- 1 tsp
red chilly powder-1/2sp
turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp
garam masala powder - 1/4 tsp
green chilly paste- 1/2 tsp
coriander leaves chopped - 2 tsp
chopped capsicum - 1/4 cup
chopped carrot - 1/4 cup
chopped beans - 1/4 cup
chopped cabbage -1/4 cup
chopped spring onion - 1/4 cup
oil - 2tsp
salt to taste

In a Pressure cooker put the chicken breast, half cup water, salt & pepper powder. turn off the flame while getting one whistle.Use a sharp kitchen knife to cut the breasts into small cubes in preparation for mincing.add oil in a pan.once the oil is hot add the chopped onion.when it brownish add ginger, garlic & green chilli paste, saute well up to the raw smell disappeared.to this add chilly powder,garam masala powder, turmeric powder. saute well & add chopped capsicum, carrot, beans, cabbage, spring onions.then add minced chicken into it.Cook it for five minutes.turn off the flame & add the coriander leaves.

for the pan cake:
Bread pieces - 10 (cut the brown parts)
ginger - 1 piece(1 inch size)
curry Leafs - 10 nos
coriander leafs - 2 tsp(chopped)
green chilli - 5 nos
yogurt - 2 tsp
egg - 3
oil - 1tsp
salt to taste
grind all the ingredients except bread in a blender

Heat a pan .brush it with some oil.dip the bread piece in the Egg mixture.keep it in the pan, then put the chicken filling over it, again dip the next piece of bread in the egg mixture & place it above the chicken filling.press it with kitchen Spattle.turn the sides utill it completely cooked.repeat the process with the remaining bread pieces
