Special Chilli Chicken

For red chilli sauce:

soaked cashmere chilli - 10 nose(soak the chilli about an hour and remove the seeds)
vinegar- 1tsp
tomato sauce - 1 tsp
ginger garlic paste -1/2 tsp
sugar - 1 tsp
salary leaf - 1 tsp(chopped)
salt -1/4 tsp
grind soaked chillies & vinegar into fine paste.Heat a pan, pour some oil & add half tsp of ginger - garlic paste.when raw smell disappears add salary leaf, then add chilli paste.saute well & add tomato sauce, salt & sugar.allow it to boil & turn off the flame.

for chicken fry,

chicken – 500 gram (cut to small pieces )
ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
Red chili powder – 1 ½ tsp
Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
Black pepper powder (freshly ground) – 1 tsp
garam masala -1/2 tsp
corn flour -2 tsp
Salt – to taste
Oil – to fry
marinate the chicken with all the above ingredients except oil. keep it in refrigerator about an hour.
heat oil in a pan & deep fry the chicken & keep it aside

for gravy:

onion - 1 big(cut in to cubes)
green bell pepper -1/2 nos
red bell pepper  -1/2 nos
yellow bell pepper - 1/2 nos
ginger garlic - 1/2 tsp
corn flour  - 2 tsp(mix it with half glass of water & make a paste)
Heat oil in a pan, add ginger garlic paste.when the row smell disappears add onion, then add all the bell peppers and a little salt and saute till soft. Add chopped  chili sauce and then fried chicken cook about an hour and add conflour paste allow it boil & turn of the flame. Serve hot
