for chicken filling:
Boneless chicken - 250
Onion - 1 small
Chopped ginger - 1/2 tablespoon
Chopped green chilli - 2nos
Potato - 1 boiled & mashed
Pepper powder - 1 teaspoon
Garam Masala - 1 teaspoon
coriander leaves - 1 tsp
Cook & mince the chicken. Saute onion till it becomes soft.
Add chopped ginger, green chilli, and corriender leaves. Add minced chicken. Mix well. Add salt, pepper powder & garam masala. Stir for 5 minutes & remove from gas.
Allow the mixture to cool. Once it is cooled add mashed potatoes & mix well.Make it to 6 equal portions.
Ingredients for covering:
Puff pastry squares – 5 - 6 (thawed)
Tomato ketchup – 2 tbsp
mayonnaise - 2 tsp
mozoralla cheese - 1/4 cup
Take a thawed puff pastry and roll it lightly dusting little all purpose flour. Brush it with tomato ketchup & mayonnise mix and spread one portion of the chicken filling over the puff pastry leaving the end.
Roll it carefully. Wet lightly the end of the puff pastry with the finger and seal it (so that it will not get opened). Cut it to 6 – 7 slices with a sharp knife. Move it to a greased baking pan. Repeat the process with the remaining puff pastry squares.
Preheat the oven to 200 degree and bake it for about 20 – 25 minutes (till it turns golden brown). Serve hot
