Avacado Pudding
Avacado is prized for its high nutrient value and is added to all sorts of dishes due to its good flavor and rich texture.
Ingredients:
- avacado - 1
- sugar or milk maid - 3tsp or 1/2 bottle
- milk - 1/2 Cup
- fresh cream -250 ml
- vanilla essence - 3 drops
- bread crumbs - of 2 breads
- butter - 50 gm
- china grass - 1 small peice
- fruits for decoration
Procedure:
- sort the bread crumbs in butter & keep it in the pudding bowl
- make the juice of avacado with milk & sugar.Add fresh cream in to it.
- soak china grass in water for 10 minutes
- Boil quarter cup of water & add the soaked china grass in to it,switch off the flame while the china grass dissolve in water.add the remaining butter in to it.allow it to cool &add in to avacado juice & blend all together.
- Pour the mix on the top of bread crumbs in the bowl.keep inside the refrigerator for 10 mins
- Decorate with fruits &again keep in fridge for 3 hours,
