Potato lollipop
Ingredients:
large potatoes -2 nos, boiled and peeled
ginger & garlic paste -1 tsp
green chilli - 2 nos,chopped
shallots -5 nos, finely chopped
chopped cilantro - 1tsp
bread slices -3, crushed
2 teaspoons cornflour
Few springs of
cheese - 6 blocks
Salt
Oil for shallow frying
Instructions
Boil and peel the potatoes and carrots. Mash well.
heat pan & little oil, add shallots.then
add ginger-garlic paste, green chillies, salt, saute well & turn off the flame.mix this with mashed potatoes.make small balls with a cheese piece inside.
mix corn flour with some water.Dip this potato balls in cornflour water & then roll in crushed bread.deep fry it in oil till golden.
Let it cool for 5 minutes. Now insert lollipop sticks or snack pickers into each lollipop.
Serve potato lollipop hot with ketchup.
