chicken Popcorn

Ingredients:

For Marination:

1. chicken - 1 breast(cut in to finger sized pieces)
2. ginger & garlic paste- 1 tsp
3. pepper powder-1sp
4. lemon- 1 nos

For coating:

1. milk - 3 tsp
2. all purpose flour - 3 tsp
3. conflex - 1/2 cup(crush it with hand )

Procedure:

1. marinate the chicken with all the above ingredients & keep it aside about 1 hour.
2. dip the chicken in all purpose flour & then dip in milk.then roll it in crushed conflex & deep fry it in oil.
